Making a Return or Exchange is easy.
Susan De Weil selects each gemstone personally. As in nature, no two gemstones are identical. Variations in color, luster, inclusions, and striations are normal and add to the inherent beauty of each piece of her jewelry.
Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging, with tags on, and in unworn condition. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund in the original form of payment.
To return an item:
Email us at about your return and we will provide an address for you to ship your item back to us with a return authorization number.
You are responsible for return shipping and insurance on your returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for returns which are lost in transit, damaged, or misdirected. For your protection, please make sure the item has some method of tracking.
We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.
*All items, with the exception of Custom Orders, may be returned for a Merchandise Credit within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging, tags attached, and in an unworn condition.
We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or misdirected packages.
There are no cash refunds or exchanges.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
All items returned should have a copy of the reciept. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Orders will be shipped insured via USPS.
Upon ordering, payment is processed from your card immediately. The transaction will appear on your statement as “Susan De Weil”. If an order is placed outside working hours, it will be processed on the next business day excluding bank holidays.
*Please note that our customers shopping in New York State are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.
Many of the designs featured on the site are available in a different gemstone combination and/or color. If you would like to order something in a different stone combination, please email us and we will provide all available color and stone options for that specific item. *Please note, special gemstone/color requests are considered a Custom Order and are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason.
Goods are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.susandeweil.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
